Sue Ryan-Fazilleau



Sue Ryan is a Professor in English at the University of La Rochelle, France.

At La Rochelle she teaches Australian, New Zealand and Postcolonial Studies. She is the author of Peter Carey et la quête postcoloniale d'une identité australienne (2007), and editor of New Zealand & Australia: History, Narrative, Representation (2008). She also contributed to The Pain of Unbelonging: Alienation and Identity in Australasian Literature (2007). She specialises in crime fiction and literary representations of aboriginality.
